During the 1960s, the miniature insignia of the Order of the Crown of Thorns was made by the now-defunct medals division of Spink and Son, who were Royal Warrant holders as medallists. This is the only example known to survive, formerly in the possession of Canon George Tull, Vice-Chancellor for Europe in the San Luigi Orders.
