Royal Belarus
Since 2015, the Prince-Abbot of San Luigi has also, as Prince of Miensk and Ecclesiast of the Byelorussian Patriarchate of St Andrew the First-Called Apostle, been responsible for the Byelorussian monarchist movement in exile, as instituted by the Patriarchate in 1970 with the creation of the Royal House Polanie-Patrikios under its first head, Prince Kermit of Miensk. The Royal House Polanie-Patrikios also maintains several House Orders.
The International College of Arms of the Noblesse
The International College of Arms of the Noblesse was founded in 1925 and was integrated as a constituent part of the Catholicate of the West in 1950. It has responsibility for heraldic matters within the Abbey-Principality of San Luigi, Royal Belarus, and in a wider international context. In all cases its activities are strictly confined to those which are not the prerogative of national heraldic authorities.
