The Order of the Crown of Thorns is listed in the reference work “Repertorio Iconografico degli Ordini Cavellereschi” by Don Francesco Alfredo Maria prof. Mariano duca d’Otranto, published by the Consiglio Araldico Italiano – Istituto Marchese Vittorio Spreti in 2003. This institution was founded in Turin in 1948.
