Archbishop Andrew Linley OCR, OA, Duke of Ghadames, has been appointed Chancellor of the Abbey-Principality, this position having been expanded to include his previous responsibilities. He has received the Grand Prix Humanitaire de France et des Colonies in the category of Grand Cross.

The Most Reverend Michael James Kline OCR has been appointed Knight Officer of the Order of the Crown of Thorns and Senior Chaplain of the United States Grand Priory.

Dr William Henderson Munro has been appointed Knight Officer of the Order of the Crown of Thorns and will hold office as Bailli of Wales.

The Revd. Fr. James Phillips sc has been appointed Bailli of England.

The Reverend Marie-Christine Redoté has been appointed Dame of the Order of the Crown of Thorns.

The Revd. Victor-John Payne OCR has been appointed Knight of the Order of the Crown of Thorns.

Mr Richard Lamneck has been appointed a Knight of the Order of the Crown of Thorns. He has received the dignity of Baron, that dignity to be hereditary with remainder to his heirs male in order of primogeniture, and his arms have been matriculated in the College of Arms of the Abbey-Principality. This serves as recognition of his services rendered to the Abbey-Principality.

The Most Reverend Kermit William Poling OCR, OA, Duke of Kelibia, has received the additional dignity of Marquis of Inheressu, that dignity to be hereditary with remainder to his heirs male in order of primogeniture.
